We want you to be satisfied with your MedCall experience. Here's how refunds work.

Cancellations

If you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment, you are eligible for a full refund to your original payment method. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a fee as shown at booking.

No-shows

If our professional arrives and you are not available, the booking may be charged in full and no refund will be issued.

Refund processing

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. They will appear on your card or payment account depending on your bank or payment provider.
